NRK Ep. 6 - Delicious Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Recipe

Remember when Nick and I talked about inflammation?? (If you don't then you can check out the video here)

Here is a SUPER delicious recipe for an anti-inflammatory smoothie that's just great for starting your day on the right foot. 

 

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup mango

- 1/4 cup pineapple

- 1/2 banana

- 1 inch ginger

- 1/4 tsp turmeric

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp honey

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

- couple of drops of vanilla extract

- 1 cup of unsweetened original almond milk
