You know those days when you start out with really good intentions, eat a healthy breakfast, salad for lunch, a light snack… and then the tiniest thing happens and it snowballs into eating an entire pizza for dinner? With brownies, because who doesn’t get the brownies when they order pizza?


It happens. A lot.


How do you fight it? With meal planning! When everything is planned and prepped in advance, it’s so much easier to stay on track.


Here are 5 key steps to meal planning that works:




Meal planning is one of the easiest ways to keep yourself on track, ensure you’re getting the nutrients you need and sidestep those crazy midday cravings. If you’re struggling with figuring out what you should be eating, reach out to a licensed professional… as in, an actual registered dietitian. Not someone who tells you spoonfuls of olive oil are a good idea. That’s a bad idea.
