Here is a SUPER delicious recipe for an anti-inflammatory smoothie that's just great for starting your day on the right foot.

Who doesn't love guacamole? Packed with avocados, it's a great source of poly- and mono-unsaturated fats, which help with inflammation, are good for your heart and all kinds of other great things.
